Terms and Conditions

The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS are applicable to this order.  Hullett Computer Services, Inc. (HCS) reserves the right to cancel all or part of the order if any of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS or the specifications on the quote hereof are not met by the customer.

General.  No changes may be made to any of the provisions of this quote without prior approval of Hullett Computer Services, Inc. 

Our Service Policy.  WARNING:  Hullett Computer Services, Inc. cannot take responsibility for the contents of your computers hard disk unless prior arrangements for backup have been made. 

Limits of Liability.  Hullett Computer Services, Inc. accepts no liability for loss, whether direct, incidental, special, consequential (including lost profit) or other damage whether based in contract, tort or otherwise resulting from their services.  The customer of these services agrees to indemnify and hold blameless Hullett Computer Services, Inc., its employees and principles for any loss associated with malfunction of either equipment or software.  The customer is responsible for reading all accompanying documentation, and for using the equipment or software within specific manufacturer’s guidelines for use and serviceability.  The customer agrees that Hullett Computer Services, Inc.’s sole liability shall be repair or replacement of defective products within manufacturer’s guidelines.  The customer assumes sole responsibility for ensuring that system data validity is assured via regular and timely backups of the system. 

Warranty.  Repair of equipment is covered under manufacturer’s warranty that requires proof of purchase for warranty repair.  Cost for repair of equipment whose warranty status is denied by the manufacturer is the customer’s responsibility.  Hullett Computer Services, Inc. agrees to install any replacement parts purchased by the customer, however, these parts are not warranted by Hullett Computer Services, Inc. 

Pick-up and Delivery.  Hullett Computer Services, Inc. agrees to arrange for next day equipment pick up and delivery from and to your location for a nominal trip fee. 

Payment.  All payment for services (along with applicable sales tax) are to be paid by cash or check (made payable to Hullett Computer Services, Inc.) at the time of service.  All returned checks will be charged an additional $25 processing fee and bank fees.

 

SERVICES MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF PICKUP OR DELIVERY
